Founded by Melanie Vanhawk, a healthcare professional with over 15 years of experience and a doctoral student committed to advancing integrative health, our work is rooted in a deeply personal experience. Observing her father navigate cancer highlighted a significant gap in care. While he received excellent medical treatment, there was little guidance on nutrition, stress management, emotional resilience, movement, sleep optimization, and mindfulness practices—factors that significantly influence quality of life.
We believe that every person deserves compassionate support that addresses the physical, emotional, mental, and lifestyle challenges that come with cancer. Our approach, which includes mindfulness practices and dream analysis, is rooted in education, empowerment, and evidence-informed holistic wellness. By incorporating sleep optimization techniques, we help individuals regain a sense of control and confidence throughout their journey.
I provide integrative cancer wellness coaching designed to support individuals and families through every stage of the cancer journey. My services combine evidence-informed holistic health, nutrition, lifestyle guidance, stress reduction, mindfulness practices, dream analysis, and personalized wellness strategies to complement medical care. Together, we’ll create a practical plan that empowers you to improve your quality of life, build resilience, optimize your sleep, and feel supported every step of the way.
